Case Study: Emma and John, a Lasting Love Manifested in 5 Weeks
A real Imaginors client case study on overcoming attachment with a specific person, told through the Circle package placement that reunited Emma and John in 5 weeks.

A note on privacy: love is personal, and this client trusted us with a lot of it. To protect that trust, we have changed the client’s name and identifying details below, including the name “John” for the person she wanted to reconnect with. The timeline and outcome are reported exactly as they happened.
The problem: caring too much to let go
“Emma” is a 34-year-old executive who came to us after more than a year of trying, on her own, to manifest a relationship with a specific person, who we will call “John.” She fits a pattern we see often: someone who is confident and capable at work, but who felt stuck in her love life no matter what she tried.
Emma already understood the basic idea behind her practice: hold a belief as if it were already true, consistently, and reality tends to shape itself around it. What she could not get past was attachment. Because John mattered so much to her, she could not stop watching for evidence, checking, hoping, bracing for disappointment. All that watching is exactly what gets in the way. It is very hard to calmly imagine something as already real while also being afraid it will not happen. By the time she reached out to us, Emma described herself as simply exhausted from trying to force it.
Why attachment gets in the way
This is the single most common block we see in clients working toward a specific person, and we have written about it at length. The short version: detachment does not mean not caring. It means your mood and your practice stop rising and falling with every text, every silence, every small sign. That is a genuinely hard thing to do when the outcome is your own life and your own heart. It is one thing to know that in your head. It is another to actually sit still and feel calm about it, night after night, when you are the one with everything on the line.
What we did differently
Emma’s case is a good example of the two things a done-for-you service can offer that self-practice cannot: detachment and anonymity.
Once her application was reviewed and a placement was confirmed, Emma shared a clear, honest description of the relationship she wanted with John. From there, the work was handled entirely by her assigned team, coordinated through her dedicated Concierge so Emma never had to manage the process herself. Just as importantly, Emma stayed anonymous to her visualizers, and they stayed anonymous to her. Because none of them had any personal history with John, there was nothing for them to feel anxious or invested about. They could hold the assumption cleanly, night after night, without any of the fear or urgency that had been getting in Emma’s way.
Seven nights, five visualizers
Emma chose our Circle package, our most concentrated tier: five independent visualizers, each spending seven nights in a row holding the same intention on her behalf, working separately rather than as a group. Every morning for that week, Emma received a plain-language update from her Concierge summing up what had been focused on the night before, along with anything worth paying attention to in her day-to-day life. You can read more about what a typical week of this process looks like.
Emma later told us that simply not having to “do the work” herself brought an immediate sense of relief. She was not managing her own hope and fear every night. She had let a trained team carry that instead, and she could just live her life.
The result
About five weeks after her placement began, John reached back out, under circumstances Emma described as too coincidental to be a coincidence. Today, they are in a committed relationship.
Emma’s timeline lines up closely with what we see across Circle placements generally: 94% of clients on this tier reach their desired outcome within 5 weeks of consistent, uninterrupted service. Our other tiers follow a similar pattern at a different pace: Solo (one visualizer) sees an 83% success rate typically within 11 weeks, and Triangle (three visualizers) sees 89% typically within 8 weeks. You can compare all three in our guide to choosing the right package.
If you’re stuck where Emma was
If you recognize yourself in Emma’s story, worn out from trying to force a visualization you cannot stay detached from, that is exactly the gap a done-for-you placement is built to close. (If the exhaustion is more about the thinking itself, our guide on how to stop obsessing over your SP is the place to start.) Every engagement starts with a free consultation, so you can find out whether it is the right fit before committing to anything.
